The Tea-Filled Mandarins Are Wrapped, Allowing The Tea To Age And Absorb Some Of The Fruitiness. These Special Mandarins Are Grown In The Xin Hui Area Of China’S Guangdong Province. The Peels Of These Mandarins Are Known As “Chen Pi” (Or Aged Peels) And Are Collected And Aged For Use As A Spice And For Medicinal Purposes. The Mandarin Peels Become More Fragrant And Flavorful As They Age; They Also Increase In Value. The Combination Of Puerh And “Chen Pi” Has Been Popular For Many Years, And We Are Very Proud To Be Able To Offer This Exceptional Example.
