The Tea Is Partially Sun-Dried Prior To Oxidation, And Then Lightly Roasted To Rid The Leaves Of Any Remaining Moisture. Great Care Is Taken To Ensure That Each Trio Of Leaves Remains Intact, And That The Natural Appearance Of The Tea Plant Is Preserved. Superior White Peony Displays A Sweet, Mellow, And Slightly Fruity Flavor Profile, And A Shimmering Honey-Gold Infusion.
